It is located in a great area, with all major attractions easily accessible by the T1 tram, or even on foot. Most distances are walkable (the European main train station is a maximum of 2-3 km away). The reception is open 24/7. The breakfast on the 7th floor is delicious and diverse, with a beautiful view, available from 7 AM to 10 AM. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and were cleaned every day. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If you are arriving from the new airport, the Havaist Line 1 stop is just a 5-minute walk away, making it the easiest way to travel between the airport and the city. I booked the accommodation during Black Friday.

Location is good for tourists because of a transportation system. In general it’s sucks. I don’t think it’s even safe at night. A lot of beggars, suspiciously looking people. And people in general haha But if you need a nice spot in terms of transport, so yeah for sure makes sense Service and staff. It was pretty nice. Guys are attentive and careful, do their best to solve a problem, issue whatever. Cleaning is okay. Nice system with buttons: if you need cleaning, you press a button giving this green light to them to clean. Isolation is bad on the first floor. This is for real. Initially we were given a room there, asked to change next day. Thankfully they made it work. Breakfast. It’s fine, you will always find something to eat. 4 hot dishes (like sausages, eggs, fries, burek, draniki (potato pancakes etc), different cheese, some veggies and fruits, olives, ofc bread. Coffee is not good, sorry. The pics provided don’t mean there is no food guys, just took them when it was running out of food. After 5 min it was back The room. There were some spots on the walls after previous guests but other things were okay. In general, they are doing great comparing with other options with the same value for money and even more.

The location is amazing and gives authentic experience. Very close to the most important attractions and there is metro and tram for transportation. There is very close a government parking which is free from 7 pm to 9 am and after that it's cheaper than other otoparks. There is also free breakfast which is really good although not versatile. The best part is one of the staff there,his name is Sayed. He is a youngTurkish and speaks English well. He is very friendly and so helpful and willing to give help and advice at anytime. I would love to come again

The location is amazing, a few steps to the main bus stop in Aksaray, and few steps to the Tram "Street Car" station Aksaray in Fatih. The hotel is really quite and clean. Breakfast options were changed everyday which is amazing actually and not so common in other hotels in Turkey. I highly recommend the breakfast there. The staff were really helpful, giving us enough water bottles each day and give us more when we need.

The facility in general is exceptional in both location and staff. Especially, çahin (Shain) and Katdir. They were indeed very helpful and professional. The room was as it was in my booking, clean by tidy and has everything a gust might need. The cleaning lady was very kind and so the kitchen staff. The floor was quite (we were in the third floor). To be honest it was a good deal for price.

Our stay was pleasant and relaxing. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. The sheets and towels were very clean and had a lovely scent. The breakfast was rich and offered a stunning view from the seventh floor. The location was excellent for public transportation as well as walking. The receptionist on the morning shift was very kind and helpful. He assisted us with a personal health issue. We are very grateful to him!

I want to add that hotel daily manager, Mr. S (cannot remember the his first name) who worked each day whole day, was so kind and helpful to my family during our 7 day stay in your hotel. Also other stuff in your hotel two ladies in a breakfast restaurant, two males who are cleaning the rooms, the night manager are so professional and at our service all the time. You have a good workers and we will come again to your hotel.

I was there for work and I enjoyed the strategical position between the center and the urban part of the city, subway, tram, buses, etc, all very close. The very historical center is a few stops away, as well as the Technical University on the other side. The quality of room and of the breakfast maintained what had been promised in the hotel web site. WIFI worked well.

A Wonderful Stay at Misa Hotel! I had an amazing experience during my stay — the staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming.
